Delicious Desserts...minus the gluten!
Did you just smirk? Laughing to yourself that yet another Californian is raving about gluten free this or that? Well, smirk away because these shots were taken at an entirely gluten free bakery. Heather at Flour Craft figured out how to make these without gluten but also without skipping the deliciousness! And, no, I don't work in their marketing dept. I have an autoimmune disease and studies are finding that gluten aggravates this condition, so I'm always paying attention. Now, while I'm not a huge dessert fan, I'm happy to know of a bakery with so many yummy desserts to choose from. Just in case.
